You're conflating what the current politicians are actually doing today with what a bogeyman in the future might do. Until PP actually does the same, focus on the injustices that are happening now.
You either support the idea that politicians should be able to control who attends their events, or you don’t. In this case, accredited journalist, I think it’s a bad look for the Libs and bad for freedom of the press. But that’s the decision of the organizers and they have the right to control who is present, particularly for a private party function like a campaign launch.
