It's kind of odd but I was able to find the full judgement only embedded in a CBC story. You can copy paste the text into a Word (or other) document to make it easier to read. I wasn't able to find it in legal archives. Here is the link to the CBC story: https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/saskatchewan/candis-mclean-defamation-lawsuit-1.7564833. Just scroll down a bit and it will appear as an inset window. I hope that helps.
Reminds me of media folk who condemned the Residential School book "Grave Error" by Champion & Flanagan. Why read it when the bandwagon beckons?
A great comparison.
Well done; a very clear summary.
Peter, could you please point us to where we can read the decision online, so we can review (and circulate with like-minded friends)?

There’s a phrase “read the decision” but it’s not linked to anything on myphone.
I believe it’s embedded in the CBC story for which the link is provided
Thank you for this.
Had not heard of this story previously even with all the reading I do.
Good to see the courts push back on the fascist tendency to shut down debate by calling people racists.
Maybe next step is a suit against Trudeau for suggesting everyone against open borders is racist.
A tidy $50 million should settle that and break him in the process.
Sadly it must be done.
For the greater good.
